Getting Started with TCS Fuel

Signing up for a TCS Fuel account takes less than 10 minutes through our application portal. Your TCS Fuel account will be created shortly after submission of your application. Your physical fuel cards will be shipped to the address you provide within 3-5 business days. Please note that TCS cards are shipped via FedEx and will not be delivered to a PO Box.

No. Our fuel accounts are cash-secured and do not require credit checks.

When you receive your fuel cards, log in to mytcsfuel.transconnectservices.com to activate your fuel card account. You’ll go through a few steps to assign and activate individual cards and secure the account. You can also call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 844-827-7696.

We make it easy to fund your TCS Fuel Card through Zelle®, ACH credit (bank to bank transfer), bank wire, Western Union, and third-party checks (Comchek, EFS checks, or T-chek). A complete list of options and instructions will be provided when you activate your account.

Using Your TCS Fuel Card

The TCS Fuel Card is accepted nationwide and throughout Canada at more than 12,000 truck stop fueling locations, including our network of over 1,800 in-network locations, including TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, TA Express®, AMBEST, 7FLEET Diesel Network, Casey’s, Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Sapp Bros, Road Ranger, PWI, and more.

You can find truck stops with discounts using our truck stop Fuel Finder on the TCS Mobile App & TCS Website once your account has been set up.

Most clients load enough on their accounts to last them for 5-7 days, but there are no minimums or limits.

You will not see the discounted fuel price at the pump. You will be able to see your discount in your TCS Fuel account on the TCS Mobile App or MyTCSFuel client site.

You pay $0 transaction fees for fuel purchases at all in-network locations. Out-of-network transaction fees vary.

No. TCS does not charge annual, monthly, membership, or account activation fees.

When your account is set up, you can refer a friend using a personal referral code. When they begin using their fuel cards to purchase fuel, you will receive a thank you gift from TCS!
