Frequently Asked Questions About the TCS Fuel Card

The TCS Fuel Card is accepted at more than 12,000 truck stops nationwide and has discounts at more than 2,000 in-network locations, including TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, TA Express®, AMBEST, Maverik, Speedway, Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, PWI, Road Ranger, Roady’s, Sapp Bros, and more.

A cash-secured card requires depositing funds into your account to establish a balance before making purchases. This type of self-funded card only works if there are sufficient funds available.

We make it easy to fund your cash-secured TCS Fuel Card through Zelle®, ACH credit (bank-to-bank transfer), bank wire, Western Union, and third-party checks (Comchek, EFS checks, or T-chek.) A complete list of options will be provided to you when you set up your account.

There are no minimum or maximum limits to funding your TCS account. Most TCS clients fund their account once per week or as needed.

At this time TCS does not offer credit lines. Your TCS account will be cash-secured and TCS will not perform a credit check when opening your account.

The TCS Fuel Finder is available on the TCS Mobile App & TCS Website. You can find all locations the TCS Fuel Card is accepted including more than 1,500 in-network locations offering fuel discounts to TCS clients.

Fuel discounts are provided at the point of sale, but they will not show on your receipt from the truck stop. Log in to MyTCSFuel or the TCS Mobile App to view your discounts for each transaction. Be sure to check the TCS Fuel Finder for the best discounts!

New account processing and setup typically takes 1-2 business days. Your cards will be shipped to the mailing address you provide within 2-3 business days. Please note that TCS cards are shipped via FedEx and will not be delivered to a PO Box.

The TCS Fuel Card can save you hundreds of dollars on fuel, tires and truck services every month. The best way to save BIG is by utilizing our participating TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, TA Express®, AMBEST, Maverik, Speedway, Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Sapp Bros., Road Ranger, PWI.

There is no cost to begin receiving fuel and service discounts with our in-network discount location partners. You pay $0 transaction fees when fueling up at an in-network discount location. We have over 2,000 in Inetwork discount locations. There is a small transaction fee when you fuel at out-of-network truck stops, as well as for checks and cash transactions. However, there are no hidden fees or monthly minimum fees.

Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a new client setup.

You can order as many cards as you need to get your account set up and order extra cards as needed.

Yes, check registration can be set up on the account. Cash can also be taken off the account at the fuel desk. Only authorized users can register checks and/or obtain cash withdrawals.

Your fuel bill is due weekly. You will receive your statement each week on the day your bill is due. You will only pay the amount used in the weekly cycle.

All transactions are available to view through the TCS website and the TCS mobile app.

You can call the number on the back of your TCS Fuel Card. A representative is available 24/7.

You can customize your fuel cards and limit purchases to meet the needs of your business. TCS representatives will discuss your options with you when you are setting up your account.
