By entering the Pump It Up! TCS Giveaway (the “Promotion”), all entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering the Promotion, the entrant grants permission to TransConnect Partner Solutions, Inc. (“TCS”) to use his or her name and business name, contest entry, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes. Entrants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity of any and all claim(s) they may have relating to the Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

Promotion begins August 11, 2025, and ends August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The entry periods are:

ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of the United States are eligible to enter subject to exceptions. Exceptions include employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of Sponsor. The Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

ENTRY:

Each Entrant will receive one Entry each time Entrant successfully completes a fuel purchase transaction for an amount greater than or equal to 60 gallons of diesel fuel at TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, or TA Express® fuel locations using a TCS Fuel Card.

Entries, other than those described under the “No Purchase Necessary” section below, are monitored and compiled by Sponsor through transaction data of motor carriers using a TCS Fuel Card at TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, or TA Express® fuel locations produced by Sponsor as well as transaction data provided by TA Operating LLC. Only valid entries during each Entry Period will be eligible to win the Prize, as set forth in the “Prize” section of these Official Rules during the Entry Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

To enter into the Promotion without purchase or completion of a transaction described in the “Entry” section above, send a legible hand-printed postcard with the entrant’s full legal name, mailing address, daytime phone number, and email address (if applicable) to: TransConnect Partner Solutions, Inc | Pump It Up!, 301 Commerce St, Suite 1200, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Only one entry can be made per postcard. A receipt and a copy of these Official Rules will be returned. Entries must be received within each applicable Entry Period as defined in the “Promotion Period” section above, at the above address for timely processing and return; any entry received after such date(s) will not be processed.

PRIZE SELECTION: 

The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of valid Entries received during each day during the Entry Period.

All methods of Entry will be assigned a unique numeric identifier. One winner will be randomly selected to win each Prize, as defined below, within twelve (12) hours of the end of the appropriate Entry Period. Sponsor shall use a random, electronic means of selecting one of the unique numeric identifiers corresponding to the related Entry.

PRIZE & NOTIFICATION:

Winners selected each day of Entry Period will receive $2,500 as a credit on their TCS Fuel Card Account.

Each Winner will be contacted by phone or email within twelve (12) hours of the end of the entry period, according to the contact information on file with Sponsor. Except as otherwise provided herein:

If the end of the entry period occurs on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), the Winner(s) must claim their Prize within twelve (12) hours of the end of the entry period, or thereby waive their right to the Prize.

If the end of the entry period occurs on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or on a federal holiday, the Winner(s) must claim their Prize within twelve (12) hours of the beginning of the first business day immediately following the end of the entry period, or thereby waive their right to the Prize.

Each Prize is non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured Prize(s) become unavailable. The Winner(s) are solely responsible for all applicable fees, licenses, and registrations and federal, state, and local taxes associated with Prize receipt and use, and will execute any necessary federal, state, or local tax filings associated therewith.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & DISCLAIMER:

The Sponsor is not responsible for the possible malfunction of any computer systems, telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, programs or other errors. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion and randomly award the Prize out of all eligible entries should any virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the security, administration or proper play of the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at www.tcsfuel.com/lp/pump-it-up. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information regardless of caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the “Eligibility” section of these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

By participating in the Promotion, Entrant agrees to indemnify, release, discharge and hold Sponsor and TA Operating LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective employees, officers, managers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from any liability, claims, losses and damages related to the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a Prize, or participation in the Promotion or Promotion-related activities. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, misaddressed, illegible, mutilated, undelivered, delayed, postage-due or misdirected Entries or mail, including lost or stolen entry boxes or for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, the announcement of a Prize, or in any Promotion-related materials.

JURISDICTION:

The Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. All participants in the Promotion expressly consent, and submit themselves, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee. All entrants expressly consent that venue shall be in Shelby County for the adjudication or disposition of any claim, action or dispute arising out of the Promotion.

By entering and providing any required information for a valid Entry, you acknowledge that the Sponsor may also send you information, samples, or special offers via telephone, text messaging, email, or mail that it thinks may be of interest to you.
